1. Education only

PaperRally helps people learn how markets, orders and risk management work by practising with virtual money. All guides, lessons, charts, indicators and tools are for education and practice.

2. Simulated trading

Every order on PaperRally is simulated. No order is sent to any exchange or broker, and no securities are bought or sold. Virtual cash and virtual profits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. The leaderboard uses virtual money only and has no prizes.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing on PaperRally is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Any stock or option named in a guide or lesson is an example used for teaching.

4. Not registered with SEBI

PaperRally is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in any capacity. It is not a stock broker, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and it has no connection with SEBI, NSE, BSE or any broker.

5. Prices may lag or contain errors

Prices come from a public market data feed. They can lag the exchange, may contain errors and may differ from your broker's prices. BSE prices are typically about 15 minutes behind.
Option premiums and Greeks are calculated with the Black-Scholes model. They are estimates, not exchange quotes.
Margin, charges and fills are simplified estimates, and real trades can behave differently.

Do not use PaperRally's prices or tools to make real trading decisions.

6. Simulated results are not real results

Practice results do not predict real results. Simulated trades carry no real risk or emotional pressure, and they do not reflect every real-world cost or condition. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Real trading carries risk

Trading in securities, and especially in futures and options, can lose money, sometimes more than you expect. Before you make a real investment decision, speak to a SEBI-registered adviser and read the relevant risk documents.
